A simple, low-protein veggie burger option.

Ingredients

  • 350 grams grated sweet potato (equals 7.7 grams protein)
  • 130 grams sweet corn (equals 3.7 grams protein)
  • 1 zucchini grated
  • 1 onion grated or finely chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder seasoning
  • 3 tsp Loprofin Egg white replacer
  • 1 cup Loprofin Baking Mix

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Weigh total fritter mixture and divide by 10 to get the weight of 1 gram portions
  3. Heat oil in frypan
  4. Weigh 1 gram portion to make 10 equal portions of 1 gram
  5. Cook each portion in fry pan
  6. Enjoy immediately

 

If there are leftover then these burgers freeze very well!
